From the beginning of our discussions, our wedding liaison, Penny Lam, was absolutely great in providing help and easing our nerves and anxieties. Even with sudden issues created by our side on the day of the event, Penny calmly solved them and eased our fears.The meal designed by the chef, Jack, can only be described as creative perfection. From the presentation to the divine combination of different meats and vegetable elements and their complementing sauces, the whole dining experience was a fantastic journey. Kudos to the chef and the banquet team for flawless presentation and service. Special mention goes to the captain for the day, Faiz, for the attention given to our requests. | |
